    Default STRAFE Clothing

I ordered a STRAFE Highlands FX jacket. Strafe clothing are from Aspen Colorado and are very high end. Designed, trialled and made in the USA from the finest quality materials. The jacket usually retails for $760.
The Strafe Highlands FX jacket is: The Highlands Jacket FX is our most insulated waterproof jacket for active warmth in the coldest weather. We’ve found the unique combination of Polartec® NeoShell® fabric and Polartec® Alpha® insulation to provide more comfort throughout cold days than anything else. This is the jacket you wear when you need full protection in the cold without sacri cing breathability, eliminating the need of shedding or adding layers while on the move.
Highlands Jacket: Ultralight 3L Ripstop Polartec NeoShell with Polartec Alpha Insulation- 100g in the body and 80g in the sleeves
** This combination is rated HIGHER THAN GORETEX and GORETEX PRO.
According to The SKI Monster (geat review): If you\\\\\\\'ve been to Aspen Highlands in the dead of Winter you know how cold those 2 chairlift rides can be first thing in the morning, having just a shell on won\\\\\\\'t cut it. But you\\\\\\\'re heading to the top to hike up the bowl and the snowcat isn\\\\\\\'t running yet so that hike just got twice as long and you have to break trail, a jacket with breathability is going to be crucial. It\\\\\\\'s days like this that inspired Strafe to make the Highlands jacket. With the most breathable fabric and insulation in the game you\\\\\\\'ll be warm when you need to be and dry all the time. If you do start to get to warm the Highlands jacket has extra large pit zips to let plenty of cooler air in.

We love Aspen Highlands and the Highlands jacket it\\\\\\\'s one of the most technical pieces we carry.

I currently have Bergans jacket and pants and Berghaus insulated goretex pro Jkt. The Strafe feels every bit as good as the Berghaus.
I\'ll update when ive tested it. in August.
