Good morning from Colorado, good to hear the surf was good, the snow at Breckenridge was also good today.

Might get a bit of swell to the SE of QLD with that cyclone sitting off the coast.

    Greetings from niseko.

The big family trip to Canada had to be cancelled due to the passing of my partner Jane last November. My mates have dragged me here for a ski to cheer me up (I'm pretty gutted to be honest).

Niskeo impressions? I swear I could be in thredbo! Not very Japanese. It's also very crowded by Japanese resort standards where its not a holiday. Not sure its my kind of resort but the snow is really good light n dry.

I doubt I'd come back here but its good hanging with my ski mates and having a laugh.

    Stay good peoples.

Sorry to hear that Hooters. There are plenty of other ski resorts in Japow that feel like you are in Japan and the only one on the runs. (Or in the trees)

Hoots, I'm so so sorry for your loss. If I recall Jane was your "later in life love"? Hugs mate xx
