Default Paralyser spring fun 23-25 Sep

Took a few days off work since itís school holidays and went down the mountains hoping for at least something worth skiing. Was pleasantly surprised with the conditions out back of Mt P, extremely wet and slow but still a good cover if anyone's keen for a few spring turns before the road to Charlotte opens up.
Bit patchy getting down the back of Mt P, but we found if you head out as wide as possible up on the Eyre ridge you can still get down to the creek without having to take the skis off too many times. The other option now with the road open a bit further would be to drive out to the Paralyser ridge and walk out that way. We did run in to some guys that did just that and said the cover was Ok, just a bit of muckin around crossing the creek.
Anyhow the weather was absolutely stunning and we had three great days out there working on Little Swede's kick turns (got a bit to go) and getting used to kicking steps and trusting your feet when boot packing. Think she should be just about ready for the Range

Here are a few pics and a video...

excellent trip rep (as usual) Swede. Still plenty of white stuff for a slide!
