I'm glad I heeded skidown's advice and snapped up my fares at the right time. On present bestflight prices for the same trip, Skidown saved me $1100 per seat so our 5 weeks of lifts, accom and air is about $6983USD or $US2300pp. Just don't tell Skidown or he'll want me to buy him a drink. Sheese, the price of a 'metho and milk' these days is exhorbitant!

usacanada is taking a break from these forums now, so unless he registers under a new name he won't be around to answer your questions.

We are taking each of the kids on an individual holiday at each of the next lot of school hols..... I have a beach house over here in W.A. where I'm based for the next 14 months or so & the "trade off" for that is that Jo & I have some "us time" next Jan/Feb.

Out of our tribe of 7, we've really only got 3 left at home now, ..... Ollie is currently in New York singing up a storm & the "3 month... I'll just go & have a look" trip for him has become a tad more "don't know when I'll be back mum" trip.

We're looking into a very real chance of moving to Vancouver, either late 2011 or early 2012..... I have a Canadian work permit that will allow me to consult there up until the end of 2015, so I may as well take advantage of it !

Woah - reading this thread was hard work. Glad it has settled down - well done Paul for removing the offending member somehow.

Great to see you in again M_S (MS) and to see what you are up to! Pol was having a little play with you earlier - he uses , which is a sign that he is taking the p1ss.

    Hello Chunky!!!

After all the crap that went about air fares this year i have booked my trip and the accomadation in Sun Peaks. Staying in a large house on Sun burst drive (for those who know Sun peaks). The flight costs are certainly higher than other years but very happy with what has be booked.
