Re: Where to go in Europe 2020

Garmish! Fascinating landscapes there. I didn't ski there but visited there a very long time ago. I saw Schindler's List there. To see it in Germany was also quite moving as well with the people in...

    Re: Resorts opening early!

Looking like it will be cold enough to snow on the Granite Belt in Queensland on Monday night but the moisture drying out before it gets here is the issue.

    Re: Resorts opening early!

Nice start. We are contemplating our first visit to the local fields in ten years this year.

    Snow is coming!

Well it certainly looks like the Tasmanians and Vics at high altitude are going to get some.

I want to go to Saalbach. It looks massive!
  10. Re: Snow Cam pages added for Japan/Canada/USA/Europe

Looks cool. What a start for Canada and the USA expecially the US compared to some recent years.

Re: Anyone heading overseas to ski/board?

    Where abouts Paul?

No luck for us this northern winter season. Hoping to next year but the funds are very low for that sort of thing. Not sure where you can go Northern Hemisphere on a budget for...

    Re: Manly new coach

I've always like Henry. The Hayne debacle derailed him at the GC. They placate the tosser and he ended up leaving them. His 100th dream...

    Re: Penrith new coach

Haven't heard that up here yet. I think the Board are useless up here. If it wasn't for some Thurston magic and some complacency from the Broncos 2015 would have been a different story but it...

    Penrith new coach

Hope Cleary has the balls to tell them to stuff it. He was sacked from them 3 years ago so what has changed? Oh the Panthers want to hang onto his son! Only reason I reckon.

    I wonder if Bennett...

Re: Where to go in Europe 2020

Zermatt is pretty isolated from other resorts except for the Italian one on its border. Unless you don't mind the train ride out and then connection.

I've been eyeing off Saalbach. it looks like...

Re: Club Med Grand Massif Samoens Morillon

Looks fantastic and I also read your review. I just don't know if it would be cost effective for 6 of us for a longer stay, when you're trying to ski overseas on the cheap.

Re: Great news for Hotham skiers and boarders!
