Sorry Hoots but I shake my head when people complain about a ordinary summer after the 7 or so years of drought we just had......... we should enjoy every drop we get in this big bad dry lands of ours

Um, it's not just a normal summer though pol, not for sydney anyway we've had a handful of days over 25 and every other day has been overcast and drizzling, or pouring with rain. Very very humid conditions, reports viaw abc radio of muld growing on vegemite!

But, it is a La nina, so this is the weather we get

Um, it's not just a normal summer though pol,

I didn't mean ordinary as in normal or standard one, I meant ordinary as in a below usual expectations

Its hasn't been the normal summer down here (or up here depending on where you are...lol) but the weather has generally be sunny. We haven't had the 40+ degree days in a row like previous years but low thirties the average. Plenty of room here.... move on down.
