Salomon 1080 Foils with Frischie Freeride+ bindings
Length: 182cm
Radius: 20.4m
Dimensions: 124/87/115
Price: $450
Location: Sydney
All mountain twin tip skis, been skied around 30-40 days here and OS since beginning of 2009 Aus season. Bases and edges in reasonable condition.
Bindings have done around 150 days and they have skied some of the sweetest BC lines in Aus and some pretty decent stuff in Hakuba and other areas of Japan (very good karma, never been injured on these puppies!!). The bindings are still tight and they are size M so fit 280mm-335mm boot sole length and are dead easy to adjust.
These are just the ski's to get someone into the back country. The bindings alone will cost you over $500.

Ooooooohh. May I ask what your new quiver will be/is? How exciting. Sounds like new jackets all round in the JD household plus new skis. I love new gear. :-)

Bahaha!
K2 Coombacks with Marker F12 bindings.....bindings supposed to be 12% lighter than Freerides!!!
Thanks Paul, as always looking after us waaay too well!!!

As for the jackets, they were a couple of poor decisions fit wise, replaced them with a couple of wanchor jackets (Arc'teryx Sidewinder)....they fit much better because they are the right size for us both

Noice! Yeh jackets are funny like that. I have a sessions jacket, a DC jacket, Columbia and ripcurl but this year I wore my berghaus light hiking gortex jacket and was the most comfy I've been in years. It's very wind and waterproof but super thin and allowed me to have the right layers on.
Enjoy your new toys. You'll have to let us know how the markers go!

I sure will, they are largely untested being that they have not been released in the north yet, so will be interesting!!

And they are damn good value too.....appear to be (I didn't check) cheaper than the new freerides!
Should have them Sunday to hoon around Thredbo, and Monday around PB

Saw you calling for some partners Pini on the other side for an LBC mission...pity I get my setup on Sunday (and I am skiing Thredders with some mates that day)
