    Default Jackson Hole fly/stay deal

those who espoused desires to ski JH might be interested in this.

Now don't know if this is a great 'fly n stay' deal, but a dummy 3 night booking with flights from LA are about $460US to sub-$US600 per person at bookingbuddy.com.

Seems like a good deal as most of the flights (SF/LAX) were around $US500 and accom is from around $US120/night.

And don't forget a side trip to Yellowstone.

I saw the words 'per person' and its one dam expensive little trip. besides, fFor real adventure, I'd fly Jetstar to see the smelly old geysers at Rotorua.

$US500/pp flights is what has swung us in favour of doing it as a road trip; a 900 mile drive each way, but the reality is you only save one day each way in travel and the journey should be interesting.

900 miles on their Autobahn won't take long.

We drove from Utah to Jackson and then flew out of Jackson home. One way car drop off is not cheap either but there were 2 x 4 of us in 2 cars so it worked out. Jackson is a great, and huge mountain, something for everyone, and I never ventured out back-that's a whole bigger world.

JH has a sale atm $US119 flights from places like LA - not from your airport in SF.

Meantime, it looks like the mid season pass sales will start - Kirkwood has their 7wood pass on sale at $US249.
