I remember you saying something about waxes for skins, some are better than others, can you tell us what you have found to be better in your own experience.

OK, theres kind of two questions here:
The wax you use on your skis so that you don't damage your glue should be non flourinated. I use cheapy +10 -10 pink stuff.....works fine, we aint racing are we! The black Molywax is also good, last better than the cheapy pink stuff.
You can also get wax for skins to make them glide better. I use a black diamond version that has an applicator like a shoe polish bottle. This helps your skins stay drier in our wet snow, hence kepp the load on your feet lighter
