I am just amazed at how cheap flights are
Just booked
Syd to San fran
San fran to Reno
Reno to San fran
San fran to Vegas
Vegas to San fran
San fran to Syd
all for $1401.50 although was 1200 last week
seriously how cheap is that for all those flights

Japan isn't expensive if you book it yourself, if you go through most travel agents or ski shop tours it's very exxy!

Going to be skiing at Heavenly with maybe a day or 2 at kirkwood
Havent got any car booked and might not need one hopefully we are going to try and get accomodation near the gondola

Kirkwood is the antithesis of the Flatstar that Pods loved too.
Its 55minutes drive (w/o chains) from Heavenly and the season passes are still on sale for a few days. Or hook up with a pass holder (eg me or Hairfarmer) and you get $10 off w/end day tickets and $15 off midweek tickets.
(And Dodge Ridge has a $349 season pass on sale til 7 December. Its close enough to San Fran for a day trip for those who get tired of the wife dragging you thru shops on Fisherman's Wharf).The Frog is a Prince
