Im just wandering if the best place to exchange our dollars to yen would be at the airport before we leave??? or should i go elsewhere or wait till we get there???Is out of the sling :WOOHOO:

Try the Amex Foreign Exchange located in the Westpac bank on the corner of Bolton and Hunter streets. They like you to pre order so they have enough Yen on hand.
Remember "cash is king" in Japan. Even if you can find a machine that will accept your card you might have a bit of trouble reading the Japanese writing. [img]smile.gif[/img]You can't tell which way the train went by looking at the tracks.

The only real machines that work with Aussie cards are the one at 7/11 (and only 7/11) but they have a low upper limit for withdrawls or the post office which are much more generous with maximum limits but are locked up at about 7pm (not sure when that is for sure)How many days till it snows again?
