    But I can't prepay in full when the $A is high.

    And I have to return the car empty so I'm at the mercy of rip off re-fueliing prices: I hope I don't get slugged an 'administration fee' like some places.

    I am fairly sure we have the same conditions also, I know we have to pay for the hire when we return it, and fairly sure we don't get any credit for fuel that is in the tank when we do.
