I looked at national rentals however, they didn't have the type of SUV we need
$199 is a good fee, just about everyone else charges $300

Driveaway still have a great selection and their earlybirds are usually around this tim of year with all the travel expos about to kick off in the eastern capitals. And if you are lucky you may get an upgrade when you get there.
Do it the snow way!

Heard that Alamo was giving reasonably priced car rentals though their quality of service have literally gone down after a few more years. Even with insurance towed in, they charged extra bucks when the pedals suddenly slipped and broke with regular and normal use.
Though that is a needle in a haystack if you ask me, so you should be just fine with renting from them.
