Every now and then a good story comes along to renew your faith in Equipment Manufacturers and World Cup Athletes getting involved with 'real' people.

My 11 y.o little one is a member of Julia Mancuso's USA World Cup site. Both Julia Mancuso and my little one ski with POC equipment. Long story short she won a pair of free POC goggles. When they arrived they were adult large, wrong model and colour. We had previously been contacted personally by Stephan Boeker, Julia's Manager. He took a little interest in us and sent us some personal emails.

Well he personally intervened to have POC in Sweden send the Julia Iris Comp goggles to us and emailed to make sure all the details were correct. The experience with POC and Julia Mancuso was an excellent one to go with the excellent equipment they manufacture and site Julia runs.

So I thought that earns them some good will and sharing the story.

    nice to hear!
Not all chemicals are bad. Without chemicals such as hydrogen and oxygen, for example, there would be no way to make water, a vital ingredient in beer!
