Not all chemicals are bad. Without chemicals such as hydrogen and oxygen, for example, there would be no way to make water, a vital ingredient in beer!

Nutter, you've go to try some Stormrider XXL's. Finally got them dialed in when skiing them in Kashmir, they are just awsome crud busters off-piste and ski like a GS ski on-piste.

just checked the dimensions of the xxl and the xl... and they are the same on the page frog...
don't really need the xxl... my rossi phats are awesome in the crud and softer snow, and the xl doesn't do a bad job either...
The laser SL might be on the cards for this year though if i can find the cash...Not all chemicals are bad. Without chemicals such as hydrogen and oxygen, for example, there would be no way to make water, a vital ingredient in beer!

Whatever you want. All Stoeckli skis are manufactured flat, so you can throw any binding you want on them. My Stormrider XL's have Marker M11 Titaniums (no plate), the Stormrider XXLs have Marker Dukes and the Laser SC (when I get them) will be mounted with either Tyrolia Railflex or Vist Speedlock bindings.Originally posted by Silence:

Rednut that got fixed about the time you posted.
I think most of the stoeckli's have marker bindings. My Rotar 76's do and missus frog will be getting some new Stoeckli's this year with markers as well.

A bit like saying most cars are Toyotas.... Marker manufaturers more bindings than anyone else. The bindings that you would end up with on your Stoeckli skis, unless you have a specific preference, would usually be a matter of what bindings the store have in stock.Originally posted by The Frog:

I think Silence's question was along the lines of do Stoeckli skis have system or hostage bindings, the way many Volkl and K2 skis are tied to Marker or Atomic to Neox. The answer is no.
Because Stoeckli produce all of their skis "flat", you are not tied to any binding manufacturer. You are at liberty to put any binding you want on your Stoeckli skis.~~ Peace and noodles ~~Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster – Pastafarism will Rule!
