Nice, even though I have seen them already, I forgot how good they look, K2 are a company going from strength to strength and at the moment are right up there with the best you can get.

I love the Crossfire, for my kind of skiing I think it is the best ski K2 have ever made.

I have the 07/08 Apache Crossfire in 174 length, which they do not seem to offer in the 08/09 range, although the 177 is rated @ the same 16 metre radius??
I must say that I agree with Paul, although I found the first day on them frustrating. I had upgraded from Volkl Vertigo G Motion 184's @ 21 metre radius and for the first time in many years did not feel confident, dug a few edges and came undone quite a few times.(The snow was new, thick and damp). Following some time in the room of mirrors, some back to basics and some fresh dry stuff, the next three days were quite exceptional. I would actually say that the ski is a revelation.

I was the same, first hour I spent on the Crossfire I thought they were just another good ski, but as time went on and I found their sweet spot, I started to see just how good they are.

I agree with you Paul. i bought a pair of Apache's last year. The more i Skied on them the better they seemed to be.
