Not sure if there's been a topic on this but can't help but wonder what the heck the critics were on about. Loved it and think it's an Aussie classic. Can't figure out what the heck people are bagging it for...
“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.” “First we make our habits, then our habits make us.” “Good habits, once established are just as hard to break as are bad habits”

I loved it too Spicey! Would go back to see it again too
I think it even goes further than being an aussie classic, I think it's a great movie regardless of it's race.

I can just see the Attenborough series on that one.
This strange little group hail from an enormous land mass in the south. They exhibit rare mating habits ("woman! where's me stubbies") and display odd thong wearing rituals...

We saw it a few days before we left and thought it was awesome.
I've told all our friends over here to make sure they see it when it comes out in Canada... pretty soon I think.
I couldn't believe how fast the movie seemed to go for how long it was...

Tall poppy syndrome for sure .
But i think the title could have been better,
without doubt chosen by an american studio boss.
