Been to my swimming training this morning - felt like Grant Hackett today. Gotta get fit with just 24 days to go!

Then again, could just live by the Main Street fitness program - do nothing, turn up and ski hard for the first 4 days - you'll get fit!

Like really sick, trouble breathing, on a drip in Jindy for 4 hours on Monday, still on super duper heavy duty drugs for another week, hence the Dr appointment this afternoon to see if she is OK to fly...

Customs in Canada will hate us, we have so many prescription medicines between us.
