The snowfall was amazing around Tumut, Talbingo and Batlow.

As we drove home via the Snowy Mountains Highway it was a beautiful sight. Im sure Selwyn will be a great time for you and the kids

woooo hoooo Friday arvo !!! (not that I have been at work all week but it took me 22 hours to finally get home from Beijing and then 2 days of sleeping to recover from that small sports carnival over there) .

Kipstein and I are heading off to Thredbo on Sunday for 4 days. So excited - as its my first snow trip this season as I couldnt risk injury and/orr chronic back problem aggravation before the Olympics. I'M SO FREAKIN EXCITED!!!!!

True to my name, I will be wearing a white hoody with "schnee" on the front - so if you see me in a bar (Ullr, the pub, Black Bear etc) come up and introduce y'self.

Spent the arvo in a fire @ Gaven caused by sparks from electrical fault.Firies said fire spread 5km' in 5 mins.Saw lady's garden just ignite from embers. Anyone travelling from Brisbane to Gold Coast would have had a slow journey.Watched big gums collapse to ground.Saw a bit of the Black Sat. damage on way to Hotham and can only feel for people caught in that maelstrom.It's so dry up here we could be in that position.... :(
