Anyone been out lateley? Thinking of heading out to do the Club Lake chutes last weekend of Oct if weather is OK. Is it clear enough to boot it out or still skinning conditions?

Whilst Im no help re conditions, Richards latest report has a wonderful pic of kosi and the club lake chutes taken on Sunday.

I was out last sunday. Still plenty fo snow around although some walking is required including an ice cold barefoot dash over the Snowy!

Cool thanx PPP, what's the water level like in the arvo, still ok to get across after a day of snow melt?

It was knee deep in places. Still possible but very cold.
