Some snow was waist deep, most of it was knee deep where I went. The snow was a bit heavy in the morning, and by afternoon, it was crap. It was humid, temps are going to be in the +ve soon, there's rain coming this week. 3 weeks ago we had -48 degrees celcius, and now we get +3 degrees celcius. Go figure?!

I skiied North Bowl, South Bowl, Top to Bottom several times, from 830 till close, and I can say the whole crew is pretty exhausted ... half of Revelstoke was up on the mountain today.

I was meant to go cat skiing this morning, but didn't go, avalanche danger was at its highest today. Most areas were closed briefly while avvy control was happening.

Yep, that's what it looks like when it gets good!

Go Yeti, ok so how many runs have you done?

There are 1434 snowatch members, so before you ski for yourself you have to ski 1433 runs for each of the members here.

DID YOU GET THAT!

Lots of runs to make it worth while for the members who are all stuck here in heatland.

someone needs to take some skiing shots and quickly! looking at snow covered hills is great, but skiing shots are superb!
