Ordered waxing gear on-line last Friday after some back-n-forth email advice from Paul, arrived home Monday afternoon and on my doorstep in Lake Macquarie. Best turn-around on an on-line purchase I've ever had.
Thanks Paul.

We do our very best to get things out quickly, the rest is then up to the courier which on small items is Aust post, so well done Aust post in this case.
I do deliver on the odd occasion, like in January I hand delivered a set of Dynafit bindings to a customer at Hakuba, my accountant is telling me the airfares are not tax deductible all the same. ;)

should be tax deductible if you were meeting with clients/customers.....which I'm sure you were.

Has to be the main purpose of the trip I believe. Surely ski testing is a legitimate exploit for a ski shop owner!!!

Paul, I am happy to accompany you on the next trip to provide advice on this issue. I'll wave my normal fee given the excellent service just received - just travel, accom and expenses will be fine.
PS I am not a beanie, but happy to assist.
