You could do what i did today and get a toothpick embedded in your foot (just below the big toe)

Thankfully the dr gave me local before pulling it out(mum had tried and failed it was stuck in hard about 1cm!!!)

On the positive side i have now got out of the heavy lifting for the move tomorrow :D
