Snowboarders opinion?

For snowboarding in General what do you prefer out of Hotham, Falls and Buller?

Hotham for steeps, Falls for park & Buller something different.

sure did. just wondering because ive only done hotham and want to try the others this year

Ride everywhere you can, all mountains are great in one way or another.

Also worth heading to NSW, the resorts up there are amazing.

Hotham as a general rule but if you want to ride park then head to Falls.

Can't really give an honest opinion of Buller having only ever ridden it twice both times when I was learning.

Hotham for me - but then I've only ever riden Buller on a crap day when I was even worse than I am now.

Never been to Falls, but I think I might venture over there too myself this season.

Falls is good for fall line and speed. (runs are shorter) Nice flat (well groomed) wide runs. Euro carving!

Hotham for steeps and riding natural half pipes. Blue ribbon best for fall line but doesn't have snowmaking, tends to be closed quite often....

Havn't been to Buller much, some good fall line on sth side.


Depends what you're into. if it's exploring then definately Hotham. Not sure about parks....

All depends how much you like traversing! PB is the travers capital of Aus unless your looping certain spots!

do enjoy t-bars on a snowbaord cause thredbo, pb and buller have a fair few including ones that access the best snow.
