As the lifts have stopped turning for 2009 I would like to just say a quick thank you to Frog for waking up early each morning to do what he does best.

Thanks for your ideas, forecasts, opinions and guess work each morning for the last couple of months.

Looking forward to reading again in 2010.

Is to too early to ask when the long range forecast for next season will be up? graemlins/cold.gif tongue.gif

I think the SnoGawds were hit by the GFC coz they must've been dining on baked beans.

Yep thanks Frog!

And Spaz's daily vids were great as well.

Season definitely is not over for those prepared to earn their turns though, the next week or so looking rather nice indeed. Shame I might not be able to make the most of it as I'll be too busy looking for a new home and organising a wedding.

No worries everyone, just remember to hang around here still and watch the snow fall OS. Site will be much better next year and some big news coming very soon, probably will be able to say mid next week after I get back from the SIA Trade Show.

You going to be selling ski boots online next season. ;)

It was a very good retail year for ski shops in Australia in general, hire would have been better if there wern't so many wind hold days. I even got to ski two and a half days this year in Oz.

Thanks for the hard work you put in Frog, I only wish that you did updates on the weekends. I guess that most of us are weekend warriors, but I understand that you need your time off too.

Cheers to Frog and everyone else for making this site and forum a great place to hang and lurk!

2009 was a memorable season for me, not for the snow cover because it was a bit mediocre, but because I had over 80 days of skiing. Being down at Thredbo for the entire season was awesome.

PS, thanks Frog for your regular updates. Even though I could get an idea of conditions by looking out the window, it was good to check the forecast over the coming week. And it was good to have a ski with you and Mrs Frog one morning.

I have found this site to be excellent for assisting in planning snow trips. Much superior for forecasting than any other Aussie snow related sites.

I also enjoy the PO technical gear info.

Keep up the good work and the keep applying the KISS principle. Two experts are far better than a gaggle of pretenders.

Regards

Edgy

Hey Froggy, thanks for the forecasts over the season. It has been great.
Is there any chance you can update conditions for the next few weeks, going away to the Highlands after the SIA Tradeshow and would like to know what the weather is doing.

Just ask in the forums and I will do my best to give a forecast.
