Morning! Ev a good one
morning
I feel better after a real nights sleep and not the drunken early morning bedtimes I've been achieving all week.
Thank goodness skipig and spellcheck have gone home, now to get rid of Barcoo.

You ok bear? You haven't been taking ski lessons a la coopski style have you?? (tha knee twista with pike). I hope whatever ailment you have that you are on the mend soon. Big bear hugs for you!
Thanks Coop was skiing very slowly this weekend and somehow managed to very badly bruise the side of my heel. Can't weight bear on it yet but still managed to ski a further two days by limping everywhere. ;)
Much better after a lazy day toady so should be right for more torture next weekend. :D

morning all,
The great thing about having overseas tourists to stay is that you get out and about this STUNNING! city.
Dinner at Darling Harbour last night (Chinta Ria). Today we schlepped from Olympic Park to South Head, Camp Cove, Watsons Bay to Bondi. Home down Oxford st and through china town and the city at dusk. Over that fabulous bridge in time to get a chook and an apple crumble in the oven for a late dinner.
Fingers crossed for sunshine tomorrow as I pack them off to centerpoint tower and the zoo.
I'm whacked! living with extras is bloody tiring. Not that I don't love a chance to crack a bottle of wine and cook up a feast! maaaaan have we eaten well this week (if I do say so myself...he hem).

Good evening all, just got back from a pretty good weekend of skiing, sorry no pics, too cold to take the hands out of the gloves... Yesterday the day started out pretty good, then around 1pm the clouds started rolling in then the wind started to howl. It was blowing prety hard, the wind was picking up the snow on the ground and we were getting snowblasted on the Ground and on the chairlifts. After about an hour and a half of howling winds the ground got pretty slick and icy, so around 3pm we decided to call it quits and head down to Jindy for some R&R, We went to the Brumby bar for some dinner, have never eaten there B4 and found it to be great value for money. We got to PB early this mornong, and what a difference a little overnight snow makes. Nice little top up, the snow was nice and fluffy and great to ski on, it continued to snow on and off for most of the day. A good weekend skiing and Boarding for our little party......
