if you want your shoulder to be at least ok without pain, then yes you'll stay away. Just bring back the memories of the last how ever many months and you'll stay away, I'll make sure of it

BB is not going anywhere near the park tongue.gif she kept injuring her knee before surgery on it, the shoulder is worse for her, so no park! tongue.gif
