late breakfast of banana bread and decaf soy fw saw me through to afternoon tea of choc chip banana cake and decaf soy fw!!

the only way is up for dinner I guess (been simmering old fashioned bolognaise all arv...the sort that just sort of melts into the pasta and tastes so good with finely ground parmesan, crusty bread and cheap red wine)
