If you have a look at these resort cams the snow seems to be holding up quite well considering all the sunny days and time of year. Even with only slight falls in mid May and early June the ground should be in better shape than most years nice and cold )for snow making, and further natural snow falls.Fingers crossed. :D graemlins/skier.gif

Hotham seems to be holding up the best judging by the cams. I'm sure there's more up top at the other resorts though.

Hmm, in my opinion the slopes are looking far from sad (maybe for mid winter but almost 2 weeks after a late April snowfall, its looking amazing), and last year's Anzac day fall was gone pretty much by the next snowy hydro reading yet we've only dropped from 53.9cm to 44.6cm

Looks great. When the season kicks in it will provide something for the new snow to stick to.
Dare I say it......BASE BUILDER graemlins/outtahere.gif

Exacly right Dancer.
So far this year we are on par with 1972. Wouldn’t it be nice. ;) graemlins/skier.gif

I'll agree with that, it could be Moe from the Simpsons.

A repeat of 1972 would be awesome, 150cm at the start of July and the same at the end of September would be sensational !!
