Can't find the flights for that price. Best I can get is $69.

Xena you have to book via the sale page which is the link mizu has given. If your on the email list (jetmail I think they call it) they email all the deals. Every Friday arvo they put out a special which you have to book that day between 4-8pm by clicking the link in the email. The $9 fares were today's special. Definitely worth getting on the mailing list for the specials.

Nope not for the Friday frenzy fares it was just for the 6c birthday fares you needed the credit card. The $9 fares just needed to be booked via the email link between 4-8pm. I've booked lots of my holidays with the Friday fare frenzy :-) thankyou mr jetstar.
Mind you with the real cheap deals ie last nights $9 special there is a really narrow travel period (last nights was march next year).

March is right for the cyclone swells to roll into the Goldy, so $9 would have been a good investment to secure travel to there and worth risking if no swell.
