I get off the mountain for the first time since May today. Back to Wollongong for a 30th and to get my car - which has been having a engine conversion done since April! Serious power improvement with a Porsche style engine, fuel injection, electronic ignition, oil cooler, rear disc breaks, sway bars.

Go for a surf and hang out in boardies for 2 days then back to the "office" ;)

I'm not having a good morning :( after having such a great, but tiring day yesterday "D

No hot water... bumped the circuit breaker with some skis on Monday night, but didn't notice I'd busted it :(

No lift home from work, so will test the karma theory and see if I can get a lift as I normally give others...

Maybe I'm just feeling like **** after watching the kids in Falls Creek yesterday and knowing they are still down there...

Evening!

Haven't had a chance to post til now.

But I have something to tantalize the taste buds. Mini Lemon Meringue Pies.

My mum has a bit of a cottage industry going at the moment.

At the markets when they sell the honey mum is also selling her homemade tomato relish, strawberry jam and lemon butter.

When she normally makes lemon butter she will go out and get mini pastry cases we then put a dollop of lemon butter in the cases and have a lovely lemon tart dessert.

Tonight I decided to take it one step further and whipped an egg white up and a bit of sugar (maybe a tablespoon) and the hit it with the blow torch.
