Apparently an "accidental overdose". He was 38.

Ez Power is great. She's very very busy with work, which sucks a tad, but she did just have a month off!

you're just the wrong side of the age group that were his 'fan base' hoots ;) I'm the same age, or nearly, as CH and loved watching all of his and corey feldman's movies *sigh*

I agree RIP Corey, it is always terrible to see someones life ruined by drugs. The Lost Boys is like my most fav movie.

Evening All.

First aid course today. Instructor set up a scenario outside with a manequin with a broken leg and using one of the others on the course as a victim so had him lying down pretending to suffer. Both on a grassy slope next to road in view of businesses across the road. Instructor comes back in to get the rest of us.

We get outside and wander up to our "victim". Next thing we know sirens are blaring as two ambulances and a cop car turns up and they charge out of the vehicles to see whats going on. Someone, not sure who, has seen the pretend casualties on the ground and called 000!

Not sure if it was someone in one of the businesses opposite who were too far away to see properly what was going on or most likely one of the dim witted local lads who were having their lunch under a tree about 30m away. They were all p*ssing themselves laughing even as we arrived before the cops/ambos turned up so I'm thinking the dimwits.
