Has anyone ever heard of wild Shetland Ponies in the National Park around the Kiandra area? Some friends staying with us at Cabramurra, said that they encountered them on the way in, after night fall. I know there are Brumbies as my sister encountered them on the road.

We saw brumbies along the Barry Way but no Shetlands from what we saw in the southern part of the park.
We saw lots (12 or so) of Brumbies today between Dinner Plain & the Hotham Airport.
