<big>USED GEAR FORUM RULES & GUIDELINES</big>
1. Gear must be pre owned and used, no new gear allowed. This place is meant to be an exchange to recycle used gear, not a money making veture for budding entrepeneurs.
2. Snowatch reserves the right to delete threads for any reason it desires, without question.
3. Snowatch provides the buy/sell/swap forum as a free service in good faith and takes no responsibility for any disputes arising from misrepresentation from sellers or non-payment from buyers. These disputes are to be resolved OFF THE BOARD and any arguments on the board will result in the thread being deleted and perhaps further action against offending parties.
4. The buyswap/sell forum relies on honesty of both sellers and buyers, please conduct transactions on the forum with courtesy and ethically to avoid any issues.
5. No negative comments about people selling something will be tolerated, if they are selling their gear for a high price, let the market decide, no need for you to judge.
6. Do not post any personal or banking details on the public forum whatsoever, use some other more secure means for exchange of this information.
7. It is expected that you will be Courteous and respectful at all times.
8. This forum is for regular members of the Snowatch forums, people who register only to sell items on here and not take part in the other forums on Snowatch, may see their add deleted.
9. No links to products on Ebay or similar websites, as Snowatch is Australian snowsports industry friendly no links to overseas retail websites will be allowed.
