That cam is the one looking down Kitanomine-cho. the other direction (replace the 85 with an 86 in the url) looks out to the slope heading towards the load station for the gondola. from 3 days ago - brown and some green - to now is a remarkable transformation.

Go Native posted (on SJ forum) an official JMA snow depth in Furano town at 5pm yesterday as 12cm.

I skied with u (sure u boarded) but they were real anti the tree ski thing. To the point of silly.

Lovey I skied the US this year-kill yourself, be my guest, at least consider a beacon.

Looks nice and white on the cam now. This could be the dump that the Niseko area needed to get a base.

Looking better by the hour, quite big flakes falling at the moment.

I also enjoyed Furano, only got pinged when I was being totally overt on the last day! Hak kills Furano for variety tho.

Looks like a nice dump today. Alteast a foot of fresh snow on top of that sign above the road.

I had a nice dump in Furano, but it was after a pretty big night on the turps!
