With a sudden start to summer this week, I coped my first burn yesterday, I helped out a mate with some labouring work yesterday. Wore my wife bashed until 11am but was already red, put on a shirt, thank god. Of course I was wearing sunscreen and a hat but without any tan build up, because of the recent cool weather, today it feels like I'm standing in front of a heater.

I treat sunburn by taking a realy hot shower, lather up with sorbelen cream and then coat myself with aloe vera (fresh off the plant), reapply aloe in the morning and keep it moist and apply sorbelene whenever it feels dry.

aloe of the plant really works well, so long as you aren't allergic to it, like my mum is. ugly red welts appear within minutes. So for anyone that hasn't used it before and has access to the plant, test it first, trust me, the welts are more painful than the burn!

Sunburn is the worst at work! Every time that I go near a grill or stove I feel the pain.
