and yesterday drove back from Quebec City back to Toronto.

Hmm it's going to be a long day. I land on Monday morning just in time for breakfast.

There was 4 people in business class. They were so bored they got me drunk and we opened several bottles of 2003 and 2004 shiraz. Mmmm tasty. Then we had some baileys toket or something 2001? I don't know. It was so sweet damn it. Then I fell asleep from being drunk tongue.gif

At Los Angeles now for re-fueling. Internet here is so damn slow!!

Lunch at watson's bay followed by afternoon tea across the park at watson's bay.... met up with the crew heading to WM tonight, then headed home. Curled up on the lounge with a blanket more than ready for some vegetation and tv watching smile.gif

I'm thoroughly whacked after my marathon Nigella day

6.30: snowbrat up to get ready for rugby at blardy Manly by 8.

Porridge

10:00 snowbrat walks in to smell a batch of two dozen carrot and apple muffins coming out of the oven.

10.05 6 muffins left!! redface.gif

12.00 my creation that started as pumpkin soup turned into ginger and turmeric spiced lentil and pumkin dahl (I'll come up with a better name for the thing that went down very nicely with a pikle of hot crusty buttered rolls)

1.00 shivering in pithing down rain at Narrabeen watching more rugby drinking soy decaf flat white

3.30 home just in time to bung a massive pork rack in the oven before a power walk with doggie.

BEST CRACKLING I'VE EVER EVER MADE.

sooooo much left over for roast pork and apple sauce sandwiches tomorrow...pity we're back on the diet that started again after we polished off a chocolate pudding with hot chocolate sauce and ice cream (and the remains of the Petaluma Riesling...).
