So I have two boards coming, an 08 GNU Riders Choice and 08 Lib Tech Travis Rice, both with MTX.

I love to butter, and can do it so so on my Burton Custom. I was wondering if anyone knows which of the two boards has the softest flex for buttering?

Idealy, I'd love the Skate Banana or any board with a BTX/MTX combo, but cant seem to find any decent deals. I heard boards with rockers butter like crazy and dont catch an edge as easy as cambered boards.

I dont think I'll be riding both boards, its either one or the other. Looks like I'll have to test the flex by just pushing on them.

Couple of US dealers are stocking the Skate Banana's now. So hopefully I can get my hands on that instead.

i'd definately try and demo a skate banana before buying one, as from what i have heard, bite mid turn on a BTX is quite harsh, and may not suit your riding style. It can work for you and it may not, totally a personal preference thing. i'd say ride your plain old (awesome) MTX board and then demo a BTX board and see if its your kettle of fish. you never know you might be surprised..
