Take them to the shop he bought them from and they should be able to sort out the adjustment for you

Did you adjust the top strap and ankle strap on both sides of the binding or just one?

What brand and model bindings are they?

No problems.

Make sure you adjust both sides so that the toe cap is still centered, the same with the ankle strap.

If they aren't centered properly it may not work correctly.

If you are still not sure take the board into Snowbound and have they guys there put some final touches on them. Make sure to take the boots also!

i have ride SPI's so a bit similar and found the large was a very snug fit on my size 11 boots (DC's). they are stuck in the bag at the moment but from memory you can also adjust the whole ankle part backwards as well, that really helped me. Ride also do XL sizes and XL sizes are rated for 11-13 sized boots. if they are still new take em back and swap them for the XL and you problems should go away. check www.ridesnowboards.com (http://www.ridesnowboards.com) for more info, its all up there.

See I thought there was one on the goldie also, which is another reason as to why I mentioned it.

Just got the name wrong.
