Chaos hour at workas we pack everything up for our HO's big move this afternoon.... and in about 15 minutes I'll be off work for the day. HO should move more often I think!

Hello peoples..
Just got back from the Easter Show.
Now I know why I don't venture into the western suburbs of Sydney..
Have a fun Easter all.

Ooooo Pops, I'm green with envy. I wish I was going to the show. Haven't been for years.

As for it being in the western suburbs, I suppose it IS west of the CBD, but it's not THAT far out.

In fact, if you have a look at a map of Sydney and draw a line between Penrith, the farthest suburb in the west and North Head, near Manly in the east and then draw another line from say Hornsby in the north to either Sutherland or Campbelltown in the south, Homebush is pretty much the centre of Sydney! tongue.gif

SN... that show is OK.. its just the type of people it attracts. (Bogan central)
I was there with my 2 nephews (1.5 yrs & almost 5) and my neice (2yrs).. so you could say, I was there for the kids... It was just heaps of fun hanging out with them.

I am taking the tadpoles for the first time tomorrow, really looking forward to it although I know the crowds will be huge. Can't wait to see tadpole 1's (nearly 4 and a half) face when he sees the rides and animals....he is going to love it. Tadpole 2 is only 11 months so probably couldn't care less.

Frog.. the kids would love what they have done with the farmyard nursery.
They have moved it into a bigger pavillion & there are all these different baby farm animals just wandering around and not behind fences.
So you can really get up close & personal with the animals.
