Darn garden electric blower/vac thingy is not working properly!!!
Keeps blowing instead of ****ing up the leaves!

Gonna have to scoop up all those leaves by hand now

Those electric blowers belong at the bottom of the ocean alongside all the solicitors who approved of the patent paperwork.

They're are horrid, heavy, awkward and useless as boobies on a bull.

Get urself an Echo branded fuel one. Heaps betta. Worth their weight in gold.

BTW when you mean not working properly, describe exactly what it does, I might be able to help.

bdenny4
23-05-2009, 02:26 PM
Well there is a swithch thing that you flick from side to side to either make it **** up the leave or to blow the leaves.
When I flick it to the '**** up' bit it still blows....

oooooh this sounds funny....

Wolverine
23-05-2009, 02:31 PM
yep. Tis a switch problem. Easily fixed, no more than $20-$50 bucks with a good service shop but honestly, save that, get urself a fuel one...

They're light, need less refueling than all of the hand held devices I have. I hadn't used any of my tools, mower, chainsaw, whipper snipper, blower etc for over a year when I was in WA. All but the chainsaw started on first go, a year later.
Chainsaw bit different, shoulda emptied the fuel out before I stored it, or let it run out of the engine.

evening all,

Bdenny I bought Mr Legs a blower a few years ago when we moved from Newtown to a house with a yard. I swear it has been used four times and three of those times by me!

Luckily we are surrounded by liquid amber trees and I love them or I would really be cursing every Autumn.

Going on a date with the Mr thanks to Cabbys insentive.

Three Weeds Rozelle for dinner (where we actually went many years ago on our first date to see a nothing little band at the time called Frente (we bailed very early and the rest is history).

Looking forward to seeing another band later. It's called the Kaz and Pods Karaoke club at The Bridge Hotel after 9 :D

(we'll see how long the Mr lasts...)

Just home from seeing Star Trek. Awesome. Excellent. Not like any other previous version. The revamp/revitalising has been done very well.

Evening folks..

Just got home from my night dive at Phillip Island and reached a depth of 10m.

It was a balmy 14 degrees in the water.. went in without a rash vest under my wettie and no hood (probably a dumb idea).

Saw a massive cuttlefish and one lonesome puffer fish. Also had a cow fish practically in my hand, cute little critters! There was also a massive 4 foot swell shark..

Interesting dive, I'm back without hypothermia and still very much alive and kicking!!

So now I'm totally wrecked.. so I'm off to bed.. night all!!
