Anyone have, have riden one?

Know if anyone in Oz stocks them, prices etc?

Look like the ticket for back country boarding.

Anyone any info or experiance with them?

I haven't ridden one myself, but I know they aren't cheap. if I remember correctly they are about double the price of a normal board. you will find it very hard finding one in oz, as there is almost no market for it here. check out the burton s-series.. developed by dave downing. I hate to say it, but your best bet might be ebay.

I know of at least one place in Jindy that hires them out. Can't think of the name just now.

thanks guys for your info.
I'll check out Wilderness Sports when I am in Jindy late July. Maybe a hire for a day or two would be nice to see how much I totally **** as a skier.
