Was so hard to get out of bed today it's hard to get motivated for work when you are not respected there. :mad:

It is the senior manager who treats us as children one day and says things like you are doing a great job and we would be lost without you the next then follows that up 2 hours later by asking if you are stupid. Does my head in and I need to get out. :(

sounds like those people need to leave. Make a complaint if it's that bad. People don't leave companies, they leave bosses.

If I hadn't changed bosses at work, I would have left too! New boss is brilliant! Not faultless, but behaves appropriately and gets stuff done!
