View Full Version : Man I am a nerd
So I have gotten my hands on this spreadsheet and customised it a bit so I can keep a track of my cardio workouts (biking, running, walking, even included snowboarding).
Means I can accurately tell when I need to replace my running shoes, how many days of boarding I have had, days at ech resort, average calories burned (not that I care but hey it easy to include), even how many runs each snowboard has had, etc
MS Excel rocks :)

it's ok kort.....I "Excel" everything too! :D
Glad I am not the only one!
I used to track it all in my "paper" diary but have finally graduated to excel. I don't think I am going to bother "migrating" my existing paper data though!! Too much work :)
have decided to use it to catelogue 8 boxes of marvel comics.....just need to find the time to do it soon....

Does all totals, averages etc.
Nice toys :D
Excel - my friend. An obsessive compulsive's delight.
You should see my skiing spreadsheets - all done with a dollar conversion tool.
Then there is my markbook for school.
And the netball competition that I co-ordinate for the school district - lotsa excel fun there - automatic draw maker, results table........stop me!

You know you're sad when Excel starts automatically when you login.
