Thanks everyone, well yesterday was my birthday, but this week has been a 6am start at my house in Canberra with builders, landscapers and me doing everything I could to get things finished.

Yeay! The landscapers finished what they were supposed to do yesterday, and the new lawn went in, the golf course side has been renovated with new seed and pea straw, and today it is raining lightly! Perfect!

Front pergola was craned into place, the old wood one had rotted, it was oregon, +1 thought he would replace it with a aluminium one piece pergola, so a crane had to come and put it in.

But wait there is more, over the top of the existing pergola was a wisteria of 18 years, major feature, it had to be re-threaded through one section of the new pergola - what a sight, 10 men, either on ladders, roof of garage, house, and ontop of the pillars trying to thread this monster wisteria through, and they did it.

Windows are as I type being installed in the pavillion for the outdoor kitchen/bbq area and the woodfired pizza oven is being installed in autumn.

The new apartment at Thredbo is going to be gutted over Christmas, and I will move from Canberra back to Thredbo to do all the work. I am hoping the new apartment will be ready by May at the latest, new kitchen to arrive next week, floor is ordered, tiles etc for new bathroom are ready for pick up, all coming together.

Oh and that's right it was my birthday yesterday.

I get my ski in Feb/March with +1 and it is going to be fab, Utah my favourite.

Go for that ski for me Yeti!

New Richards report, I have not had the time to put it up lately, the last reports are about his trip to Vic during last season.

Lunch with M&D at one of my favourite restaurants today, christmas work party tonight, and last night hubby took me out to another of my favourite places, unfortunately my head was drooping into the dinner plate by 8pm. zzzzzzz

Again thanks everyone for the birthday wishes.
