its all good. the government will tinker with superannuation again next year and keep me (and a raft of others) = employed for another couple of years. Best federal government job creation scheme ever invented - Superannuation. Its been keeping me busy since 1983 as they keep tinkering with the rules :D

It has to get better soon in Australia, Petrol prices have really dropped for now, the Government is throwing plenty of money around, inflation is getting very low, and interest rates will be the lowest in 30 years fairly soon, we are told we won't go into recession and that our banks are strong and our deposits are guaranteed, in any other year with those conditions you would be crushed in the rush to the shops.

The second wave of unemployment is just around the corner. Watch the punters go into there shells early next year and consumer spending to plummet.

The fallout is top down this time and will have a large knockon effect in the retail and food service industries especially.
