We in food are doomed unless raw costs come down. And only people in food really realise how bad the situation is. It is costing us thousands every month just to stay open......and we are what you would consider relatively busy :confused:

I am really surprised at how quickly all our local cafes and restaurants have felt the pinch. I really believe that if we all just keep going about our business things would recover faster...or certainly not get as dire. It's when everyone starts tightening the belts that the whole thing starts to spiral down.
