Good early snowfalls usually give us an ordinary season, so maybe very hot early means heaps of snow during the season? ;)

WOW that's HOT!
:( some of our interstate offices lost power today, everyone was working on their laptops at a cafe up the road graemlins/big_laugh.gif

It's hot for down here!!! And it's all relative. We're used to much cooler temperatures, so when it hits over 30 we start to melt. tongue.gif

I was emptying a crate of cabinets and the garbo boys at Thredbo said the temp hit 40. The other temp was recorded was at the ticket office.
Everyone is melting and today I had to come back to Canberra as I am off to Utah, 6 weeks skiing!
Big smile.
And the airconditioning is working!
Jindy is definitely hot! Lots of Thredbo locals going wakeboarding and the ones stuck at Thredbo go down to the snowmaking pond for a quick dip - unfortunately there was a snake having a dip as well.
Keep it cool.

I was in Falls Creek yesterday and it was very hot, mid 30's but with the thin air it feels worse.
I was lumping new furniture up to an apartment, bad day to be doing that.

Does long and really hot summer mean longer and colder and more snow than average winter.
